Well then, my new Recharge & Revive Retreat is designed exactly with you in mind.
It’s a chance to de-stress, maybe it will be a detox for you and perhaps kickstart your fitness – what ever your goal is I guarantee you will come away after the break full of energy and focused on your health going forward, if it has slipped by the wayside with all the demands placed upon you.
What will we be doing on this retreat?
An example of a day includes starting the day with a yoga style morning movement before breakfast and then spending time outdoors hiking in the mountains visiting beautiful lakes, stopping for lunch and once you are back at base you can jump into the hot tub or sauna – we can also arrange a lovely massage if you’d like to treat your body even more. There will be plenty of free time for you to be on your own or just sit on the balcony admiring your magnificent surroundings, breathing in the clear mountain air. The evenings will include workshops, discussions and group time, and if you want to just relax in your fluffy, white robe that is absolutely fine as this retreat is all about relaxing alongside the rejuvenating physical activities.
This is a unique chance to focus on your health and wellbeing, make some new friends, learn techniques which will extend all the benefits that you will achieve in this short break.
The food will be based on a “clean eating” protocol where we eliminate sugar, wheat and dairy and we can cater for vegetarians. This is not a fasting, juice cleanse type detox retreat, although it’s likely by the end of the 4 days any bloating will have been reduced and you energy levels will be supercharged and your skin glowing.
Just being outdoors in an unpolluted, natural environment will do wonders for your physical and mental health, then by adding in some gentle stretching and flowing bodyweight movements each morning you will feel alive and ready for the day.
The retreat will run June 14-17 2018 and currently we have just 2 spaces available.

About your retreat host…
Zita Alves has been in the health and fitness industry for almost 20 years after changing careers at the age of 28. As a former overweight, unfit, non-exerciser who suffered with asthma and several other health conditions, whilst she spent several years working in a demanding direct marketing agency, today she is super passionate about helping women over 40 to feel the best they can be, no matter where they are starting from. Zita has a very holistic approach to health and fitness having worked with hundreds of men and women of all ages, abilities, and some very high profile clients , over the years via 1-1 personal training and through her Zest Bootcamp group exercise classes in Bath. She developed her own piece of fitness equipment and has won several awards including some for her online nutrition programmes, and has been the weekly fitness writer for the Bath Weekend Magazine.
